At this point in time we only allow you to join Open Makers if you have a Twitter account. We do this for several reasons...
- It is a fast and easy registration / login system.
- Prevents Username Squatting.
- Allows us to pre-populate some details of your profile like your Avatar, Header Image and more.
- It helps keep your branding consistent across platforms.
